DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery to your door.

We’d obviously love to deliver your parcel personally on a flying unicorn, but seeing that it is not yet possible, we offer two local options: Cape Town & surrounds (R65) and National / Regional (R115).

For very remote areas (like Koekenaap or Pofadder) there might be a surcharge (R250/R350/R450) depending on the level of remoteness. Unfortunately the free shipping offer cannot be added for orders in these very remote areas.

We are working on international shipping options and hope to have that added to the site asap. If you are located over the seas and would like to order something, please email us at orders@unsheep.co.za

DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order has been placed, we’ll aim to put together your parcel at lightning speed to be boxed and ready for shipment as soon as possible. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for your order to reach its destination.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Regrettably purchases and delivery costs are non refundable. However, if your product is faulty or you are really unhappy, please email orders@unsheep.co.za and we’ll be in touch to get to the bottom of this unprecedented sheepnanigans.
